- Photos of plants uploaded by you
- Plant names, notes, and care history
- Messages sent to Plant Expert / AI support

- App interactions and feature usage

- Log data (time of access, crash reports, IP address)
1.4 Location Data (Optional)
- Approximate location when using features such as nearby help or community plant care
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide plant identification and AI care recommendations
- Enable plant tracking and reminders
- Support community and expert help features
- Improve app performance and user experience
- Send notifications and care alerts
- Ensure security and prevent misuse
3. AI-Powered Features
Plant identification, care schedules, and the Plant Expert chat are produced by artificial intelligence models operated by third-party providers. To identify a plant, the App sends the photo you take or choose, together with your question, to that provider through our own server.
These requests contain no name, email address, or account identifier. The provider receives the photo and the text of your request, and nothing that identifies you. Photos are sent for identification only and are not used by us for any other purpose.
Third-party AI providers process this data under their own privacy policies.
4. Advertising
The App shows occasional full-screen advertisements.
We do not share personal data with our advertising provider. A request for an advertisement carries no account identifier and no device advertising identifier (IDFA); the App does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising purposes.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share data only in the following cases:
- With trusted service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, AI processing, analytics tools, advertising)
- When required by law or legal obligations
- To protect users, property, or platform integrity
